Once you have downloaded and installed the software on your computer, you can now see that the site that you are visiting now looks very different and you notice that it's a lot less intimidating than before. You will have to look at your computer screen and see what this little box says, and then click on it. You will then be asked to open the windows update application and click on it. A window will appear and it will look like the Microsoft window update program is on. The software that you are about to download is going to start downloading at this point, but it will be a slow process because of how it will use the download speeds. When it has finished downloading, it will download and install the new version of the application for you should be able to get back up and running within minutes.
When the software has downloaded all the files, you can now restart your computer and then you will be able to see the windows update application on your screen. This will bring you through the entire application process and once you have finished, you should be able to restart your computer and you should see the new version of the application and you should see the new windows to go back onto your computer. If you do not see the new application, it could be that your computer is out of date and there are other older versions of the application available and you need to download and install the newest version that is currently available on the internet.
After you have installed the newest version of the Windows update application, you will then be able to start the installation process. At this point, you will see a dialog box on your computer screen asking you to choose the option of Start or Run and the text box will indicate that it is the new version of the windows update application. Click on the start button and the application will open up and you should see the program takes a few seconds to load and then you will be able to start the installation process. When the process is complete, you should be able to restart your computer and you should be able to view the new software that is available.
